Recently i have seen a large majority of video been sung and recorded in slow motion and the lip sync has been accurate. At the beginning on this i wanted to ensure that i included that into my video and it has been something i have been fascinated to learn about. I had no experience on how to do this so i took to the only place that could educate me on this. YouTube has been a second teacher to me this year everything and more i needed i could find on YouTube and when i took to search for videos to help me i found more than i needed. These are the few that i looked at to help me.
Below was my attempt at trying to record in slow motion. All the clips are randomly put together.
learning how to do slow motion took some practise first i had to be able to know the right frames per second that i needed to film in to ensure tat when i slowed the footage down it would have been smooth. The videos above explained what frames i needed to film in, the frames per second i needed to film in were 60fps this way i could reduce the frame in post production to 24 and the video woutl be smooth.
to achieve this first of all i had to right click the video that i wanted to edit. This brought up a tools bar which had the word 'modify' on it.
Next i had to click the modify tool and this would take me to another tool bar that had ' Audio channels, integrated footage and timecode' i clicked the integrate footage bar which took me to another open tools bar.
From here i then clicked on 'assume frame rate' which allowed me to type in the 24 fps i wanted the video to be in. Initially it was playing the video at 60fps but reducing it to 24 slowed down the footage and enable me to achieve my aim.
